I've got this idea when I was on summer vacation. I think that it's more comfortable than videos of Kytes, who realised own idea faster than me.
Anyway i'm lazy for it. So i wanted to call it "NTSD Sometimesly Bugle".

nice idea I like it

but since there is not much progress to make a often outcoming nespaper I suggest you concantrate more on maiking a forum histories shortcuts there is so much funny situations from forum that might be in. I think it would be a better main point of your newspaper.
