Neji 64 plams idea.
I was thinking If neji got 3 lvl of 64 plams.in 1st lvl it's normal 64 plams..........in 2nd lvl it's 64 plams to more then 1 person.....in 3rd lvl it's 128 plams.

But we have to consider in general and the most important aspect of the game is PvP where people go against each other 1 on 1 .

Just give Kuusho for lvl1, every one in a straight line 64 for lvl2, single target with more damage and 128 for lvl3, which hits multiple targets with a little bit more damage than lvl2.

Then make lvl 2 long ranged then lvl 1 and 3 so it will be usefull in 1vs1.

It's not OP cuz we have to charge and our enemy is not gonna stand there and watch us.he will stop us or ran far awey.1 more thing we can dodge 64 plams by duble jump.

OK instead of long ranged i think it should be that when he charges to lvl 3 he runs to the person in his line of sight and continues with the special.

Well, why don't make so:
1 lvl - 64 palms like in NTSD 2.4
2 lvl - 64 palmps. The larger the radius that in the 1 lvl and if someone is within range, it automatically comes on a 64 strike
3 lvl - 128 palms
1 lvl - 64 palms like in NTSD 2.4

it'll be no use of being long range if neji takes too much time showing off in the middle of the yin yang sign, maybe if he could use less time showing off like that so the move could work more efficiently[/i]
