megaman star force series DS

if any of you like megaman battle network for gba than this is the game for you
its almost the same the story diffrent though
first game:the story featuring geo stelar(or any other name you give him)a 5th grader who doesnt go to school(lucky lucky)he lost his father and thats why he doesnt go to school...
anyway one day he meets a monster called omega-xis or mega the only thing is he is made of EM waves whitch can only be seen by his special glasses whitch he gets when he meets omega-xis
along the game you meet some kids stop some viruses and save the day also in the middle of the game you recieve the power of STARFORCE it makes you stronger by a lot.
second game:you begin with the same char at the same town you get some machine(forgot whats its called)anyway after that some things heppen anyway if you notice in the second game you have no starforce
what will heppen is a spirit either ninja zerker or saurion these will give you some new powers to defeat once more a crazy amount of viruses including new enemies and a new evil char
on to the third:for now its the last game or so told it comes in 30 june 2009 also its a great game new power up system aka:starforce or ninja etc. anyway its called costume change i believe it makes you transform into new suits whitch get you powered up mostly as i recall they are based on the second and first game bosses or its bosses from the third im not sure anyway theres also new monster whitch you can choose from aka:like ninja zerker and saurion they are called black ace and red joker whitch are by the way the names of both versions of the third game

now for rates
the first game 7/10 i didnt like the game much dont know why but made me fill sad playing it
the second 8/10 better than first cuz of new power up system but still needs more fun
the third though its not out ill give rate 10/10 its a great game i can say its the most playable out of the three games

ummm actually its basically the same as battle network just a little change you see it from the back of you char unlike in the BN series where you look from the side

It's basically the Battle Network series minus everything that made the Battle Network series fun.

So because it has 3D graphics, it's better? nevermind the actual gameplay...

First off, you go from having a 3x3 field to move around to a 3x1 field, meaning the graphics are in three dimensions, but you don't move that way. So now there are attacks that are unavoidable, meaning that if you don't have some type of shield, barrier, or aura, there is no way to avoid damage Horrible idea? Yes.

Second, battle cards no longer have codes, which removes anything resembling strategy since you can just throw some random overpowered combo together. Press A and you will surely win. You no longer need to try to make good folders. Bad idea? Yes.

Finally, the transformations are overpowered as hell, which the exception of the fire forms being bad. Star Force 2 online is basically who can get Tribe King first, and SF1 is whatever the equivalent of TK is in that game.

UMMM well yeah the first parts true but you got some awesome shield so no worries about the folder i believe you do need some good chips cuz viruses are overpowered as well
lastly its true you can reach online king tribe and all that but i dont play online at all

but i guess its just taste problems this discuassion can go on for hours days meybe

Overpowering viruses is not how you balance overpowering chips. That's not good design, that's covering up for bad design. And giving me good shields doesn't make up for the fact that no matter ho the attack actually looks, there's only four ways to dodge every attack in the entire game. Stand in the left panel, the center panel, the right panel, or shield.

ummm that makes sense but i agree the battle network series was well made better than this one but i still say the third game is gonna be awesome unlike the other two i believe they will make the battle system somewhat better

i like the game and cant say that i didnt like battle network too

I had so much fun playing bn versus my friend creating cool folders and use some like the famous disco inferno folder. How will star force be when you play agains friend? A 3x2 field? Forgive me but thats really gay

3x1, actually. You just move left and right. Whoever can press A the fastest wins. Or in the case of Star Force 2, whoever gets into Tribe king first.

3x2 for 2 people battlefield, im calling it like this so my mistake .D

Battle network 6 was easy cuz Capcom Cut all the cool thing from it like the meet with django whick piss me off cuz im fan of Boktai game too, and i think the most epic one was BN5

BN6 wasnt it the one with the cybeast if i recall
