If changing the compatibility mode does nothing for you, then you might have to..:
1. Not use those moves.
2. Play the original 2.4 which got mirrored sprites issues.
3. Wait for 2.5 to be released at some random date this year.

There's hope for NTSD 2.5 (updates and fixes for NTSD 2.4). It's currently in private alpha.
No hope for NTSD II though unless the people who worked on them comes back.

One more question. Why are you downloading archives to file hosting services, if you can create an account for DropBox and then anyone who wants to without advertising and unnecessary problems will be able to download games?

No, I have problems of a different nature. When I download from Mediafire I get a lot of advertising and have problems downloading. Links will always be relevant if you use the cloud Google or DropBox and there will be no problems with advertising.

It's not mediafire's fault. Those links on first page are set to go through ADfly page before going to link to add a cent of revenue to the uploader. I don't intend to use any of that.

No need to be waiting MaulXD, just check out the Discord server and you'll see all the downloadable versions as the forum isn't updated much anymore in that regard
