i really think that naruto is sooo up i mean really his rasenga takes like 3 scs to charge whish will make the opponet able to kill him fast on the other hand temari is just too op it is redicilous and deidara too sasuke is nice if u do kno what move to use + the right timing is affective too

for others i really wouldnt say anything instead that shino is just ........ op

idk what happend i played today against sasori and his iron attack with the pupet D^A what reflected and it hit sasori any explanation and other tricks ?

Naruto sure is underpowered and Temari & Shino are OP for no apparent reason.

I don't remember most of the chars but as my memory serves the likes of Shino, Pein and Kakuzo are God tier and hence banned from matches.

OP characters would include the likes of Sasuke, Orochimaru, Chiyo, Kabuto umm don't remember the rest.

Strong characters who are balanced would be the likes of Gaara, Sasori, Itachi, Deidara, Kisame, Yamato, Neji, Rock Lee(very hard to use though against good players), Kakashi(Good but very average in most aspects)

Weak characters: Naruthu duh, NTSD 2.4 Naruthu is the weakest character by far in the game. Yes, his shadow clone combo is fun to spam but meh he ain't that good.

Jiraiya is balanced.. Hidan is little OP.. Nobody can touch him in Meelee combat.. Sai and Shikamaru are UP..

Hidan is cool honestly along with Jiraiya I feel.
Sai is..weird. idk.
Shikamaru is nice, TenTen is nice too..

@doctor mak : you might want to put punctuation between best and period.

Hidan's jumps are op but someone like Gaara Rock bottoms Hidan without any problem but then again someone like Deidara screws Gaara without sweat.

Really Kakuzu isn't god tier? When he goes to his 5 monster mode or whatever its called, you can't even move and he'll win. There is a reason why he is banned from matches lol.

I agree with Ankit. Kakuzu is ridiculous.

I guess we can say Kakuzu uncloaked form is OP.
Normal Kakuzu isn't much of a threat.

Yea normal one is pretty average but once uncloaked he is almost unstoppable.

Do you mean 50% coz 50hp is too low.. it is kinda strong but it's okay, it is easily dodgable and leaves Hidan open for attacks as well
