Well if he's charging an attack, he's not supposed to move. Just have some chakra emit and flow through him. Great work. The smoke is a bit stiff, the animation is smooth and all, but smoke/dust is not solid, it's more of gas and supposed to move freely not so "contained".

Lol Rafi the smoke is good in shading and smoothness. It's the look that bugs me. It's like he's surrounded by a spinning solid ring.

If his bandana is moving, animate his hair too. That should be the last fix
