SC character fail (meco) feedback and help

shoes of my character
#sprite effects of the powerful leap gotta change it and make it my own I want it to fade#

#I want to make it as cool as this#

Well, I read it 3 times and I don't know what it is. I think that you're making a char. But I don't know his name or origin.
As far as I can see you've got middle sprite of Poison Dragon without sprite of creating it. And that's all.
Oh, you also have 3 transform...
If I can give you advise: don't focus on transform. Make so playable character, that you won't need to do transform for him
And practice spriting. A lot.

it's suppose to be like the original little fighter 2 version thats what the character is suppose to be like

Those MP costs are extremely low. You know a character has 500 MP right?
Your character will be OP. Also, are any of those moves even finished? If not, why FINISH the readme before even completing the moves themselves?

Oh hey I didn't know that it was 500mp thought it was 100mp oh and I thought that would work fine for me so readme first than sprite sheet

I was talking to a friend he gave me instructions what does this mean
I usually zoom the sprite to 2400*1608. when you finish you turn it back to 800*560.
Then you get a better sprite.
How about use small size pen?
Don't draw in 79x79
I draw every sprite in 240x240
When I finish, I shrink them to 80x80
then it will be good
