self made characters sharing

hey guys this is the place to share your characters be it copied or you only changed the sprite or anything if you wanna share it here is the place to do it. =D im working on a minato not mine but just modified and i'll upload it soon. i.ve seen shodaime hokage and nidaime hokage on youtube or even self made tobi, so feel free to share or request for them here

Self made Tobi is mine, but I'm not sharing it. Especially since he only has two moves.

so what if he has only 2 move? im sure many ppl would be happy for even this especially me

...But he's not complete, I don't like releasing stuff that isn't complete. Besides, my Tobi's data is pretty much only a little bit over noob level, if i were to release him, I would recode him, but I don't have time for that since I need to code my mod.

Is it up for downloading ?? is it shared ??
