ntsd tier list?

since im pretty sure most of the characters in NTSD are done, i think we should make a tier list. I myself don't play NTSD that much so i need feedback from other people.

kakauzu even cloacked will always be top tier..you cant compare kisame to him

If it's NTSD, Kakuzu coaked is... nah... not top. And uncloaked is like OMFG TOP OF THE WORLD

Cloaked is at least high, Naruto is not at the lowest at all #_#. (secret cahrs should not count)
Top- is obviously Pein, Itachi, Saskue, Uncloaked Kakuzu, Temari (not sure why, but you all know for some reason she's like super hard to beat @_@)

nope..sasori final form...hiruko is not really a character in my opinion just a big boulder for you to come out from

done, now i need to know if pein, the sound 5, minato, and haku should be in the list.
(i know kimimaro, haku, and minato are secret characters, but they're still similar to the normal characters, and they're not godly, so...)
i think at least the sound 4 should be on the list.
