what do you get if you mix the bloodlines of the uchiha and the hyuga....
I think that it would be a new kind of a visual keke genkai which has the abilities of both the byakugan and the sharinggan...
like the 360 degree vision of byakugan and the copying ability and the ability to see fast moves of the sharinggan...
now that would be a cool combination

The sharingan and byakugan can both see the opponents chacra because there are similar

The Byakugan lets you see almost 360º and the flow of charka. The Sharingan lets you see precise and detailed movements and fast movements, plus some genjutsu bonuses.

Well honestly, if they were to mix, both Byakugan and Sharingan would be a whole lot weaker. It'd be hard to combine them to make them stronger as well because they're already so similar. Basically, the child would be an abomination, and therefor shunned by both clans.

Well the Sharingan is a mutation of Byakugan, which in turn is a mutation of the Rinnegan. The Sharingan is not the Byakugan+Genjutsu+Copying and Agility. The Sharingan has nothing to do with Copying at all, but it can be used that way because then you can watch the precise movements of people and Mimic them, but the Sharingan itself doesn't do that. It also doesn't give you bonus agility, your agility is your agility based on your training, Sharingan just allows you to easily follow others movements, if your agility isn't good enough to move at the other persons speed in the first place then the sharingan wouldn't just magically give you extra speed and agility, it just allows you to follow movements so you can react more quikly within your own limits of course. Byakugan is the better of the two, they've even said so in the Manga. I allows you to see all chakra, including the chakra flowing through living things. It also allows you to see 360 degrees around you except for a small point located right below the back of your neck, the clan ability also comes with extremely precise chakra focus so you can direct your own chakra anywhere you like throughout your body, as well as others bodies if you make contact with them. Which is where the 64/128 palms comes in, focusing your chakra into your finger tips and when you make contact with the location of a living things chakra point you flow your own chakra into it distrupting it's flow. An advanced Byakugan can also see through most Genjutsu making Sharingan useless against it. If it came down to a battle between an equally skilled Hyuuga shinobi and Uchiha shinobi, chances are the Hyuuga would win.

... I just said all that except you added some extra stuff... Oh and they never told us the Byakugan was a mutation from the Rinnegan, they just said the Sharingan mutated from the Rinnegan. The Sharingan can see the flow of charka and color of it too (Obito + Sasuke case). The Byakugan isn't needed for Jyuken, since Jyuken is just use chakra to damage your opponent's internal organs, it's just used so you can see the flow of charka.

Itachi = Black Flames
Sasuke = Hypnotist / in kind of that

Sasuke never took Itachi's eyes because their visions were completely different. Eventually he'll be able to take them, but I doubt the eyes will last that long unless Sasuke uses it for like 48 hours straight.
