Problem Here!!! Empty Problem Here!!!

I have a really strange problem with my 7zip/WinRar. I should decompress with 18-20 mb/s but I decompress with 2 mb/s. At the beginning I was deompressing with 18-20 mb/s but now is slow as hell. A lil' help ? Thx.

Restart your pc. If doesn't help - Check your computer for viruses, something is slowing down your pc. Run MSCONFIG and uncheck any unnecessary programs, then restart.

Tried lots of things. Nothing worked. (I still have no viruses at the time)

Does this happend on every file?Cuz I once had problems with some archives,they were f*cking slow unextracted,reinstalll fixed it.

Wow, you guys got some slow ass computers then. I've unrar'd over 6 gigs recently takes me less than 3 minutes :S idk what the problem is.
