Nope, no one lock this, Z has yet to even explain his actions and honestly I don't think he made an error.
When someone that barely has been the leader for LESS than two months, I DO have respect for but it doesn't mean he can insult an admin that has been in position for more than half a year(I don't know a precise date..), also I'm almost 100% sure Z did nothing other than change his rank, he's not the type to do some things without mentioning it first and is not susceptible to taunts.
Either way, allow him to return explain what he did, I think Smouk has already returned.. check new off topic threads.
