How to group tv shows correctly on my ipod classic?

I have a new Ipod classic. I downloaded the first season of a tv show and added it through itunes. It transfered ok, although in the folder for that tv show it divides the show into two folders rather than one. The shows are in all different order between the two folders. How do I get all the episides into one folder?

I have tried re-tagging and using the multiple item get info thing. Still no luck.
