i didn't read the whole post, but i have noticed a few mistakes concerning order of creation.

the fire country technically wasn't the first country to be created, it was created at the same time as the water country and the lightning country. likewise, the wind country shouldn't be called one of the older countries, as 3 countries (fire, water, lightning) were created before it, 3 countries (sound, myobokuzan, earth) were created after it, and it was created at the same time as rain (which you forgot about), if you don't include crack and weed.

well what your saying is if someone doesn(t know how to sprite and gets in the fire country to learn and he/she is really good and learned well will have a little chance to get into the ntsd team

Fire country

The first country to be created
The Fire country is a country that is based on coding and spriting.
They are also having schools for new members that

know understandable english

fighting test on hamachi

There is also a lightning academy that you can join to improve your skills
in NTSD
PM Volmort if you want to.

Earth Country

The newest country.
Earth country is specialized in drawing,
making sigs and sketches.
Yush is making making sketch and sig contests every week
and is the kage of earth country.
Most or all members tend to be free handed artists, they strive to be
perfect in drawing and now specializing also in GFX

country requirements :

- Submit one or more
traditional works (ie. sketched and/or coloured pieces) made with ONLY
non-digital mediums (pencils, pens, etc. NO tablets.)
- Be committed
to staying active.
- Know proper English. You don't have to be too
good at it, as long as we can understand you. We have plenty of members
from all over the world.
- Have at least 25 posts

Water Country

The water country is a country that is specialized
in games, mangas and animes

i dont fit most requirments, but earth country,
plus its the one i want to join since its abt gfx aswell as drawing,
will it be possible to get in without drawing?
i used to draw but im way to lazy to set up the scanner to scan my art in..
could i get in based on sigs?

I just find it funny that you say Mybokuzan specialises in GFX, even though it has exactly one good GFXer.
For a country to be specialized in something, you'd need more than one capable person, amirite?
