is there going to be a sound country again ??

A long time ago someone named Bgnin was bored(or his post count was too high or something) , and deleted his account, so sound had to be gone too. (bgnin said sound country had to go with him)

So I'm not sure, and lots of people from sound, already joined different countries. :

I think it was about gfx/art stuff, and yes, Bgnin is Omen.

Actually Omen was Bgnin.
Sound Country was Art Country. But not like Earth that appeared later. It was GFX country: Photoshop, GIMP, etc.
