2. And where should i register??
3. where can i register at their forums?? when I log in my account it says I need a summoner account, what is that??
4. Why is the server status says block or undefined, can I play this game if I'm in the Philippines?? help me please

so,go to official site,register your account there,then download the game,and play,summoner account is in-game account(when you will register in-game account you will use it in forum too)

and you should play the US version instead of European I guess,due to your loaction

Your country may be IP banned from the servers, or they are just being a bitch

As far as I know, Quebec and some Australian provinces are banned, dunno about yours

Ok, let me teach you a magic trick... when you launch the game, wait for it to finish updating. When it's finished, and the bar shows full, press UP DOWN LEFT RIGHT UP UP DOWN DOWN with keyboard arrows. Dont do anything before you type it. After you do that, the server status will change to Availiable, and you can try to login. If it didn't work, then you are probably IP banned, or the servers are offline. Check the server status on the forums and send an email to the support to ask if you are IP bannec.

Yes, I use this trick when servers are almost online and I cant wait to play the new champion
