Quote of the Week [QOTW] - Introduction, Rules and Hall of Fame

Introduction:
So guys, as some of you already know, it was decided to hold another weekly contest here in Offtopic: Quote of the Week.
The purpose of this competition is to encourage members to look for lulzy quotes and post them, nominating them for the voting.

QOTW Week:
Sunday evening/Monday morning - Saturday evening/Sunday morning(depends on when I have time) : Entries period.
During the "Entries period", members can post quotes that they find in the "Entries" thread.

Saturday evening/Sunday morning - Sunday evening/Monday morning (depends on when I have time again) : Voting period.
During the "Voting period", members can vote for their favourite quotes in the "Voting" thread.

Rules:
1. You cannot post your own quotes
2. You must provide a link to the original post to prove that it's genuine.
3. If the original quote maker doesn't want his quote to be nominated, he has the full right to prohibit it.
4. Only post quotes from the previous week. It's called Quote of the Week for a reason.
5. One entry per member. You can edit your post as much as you can, but make it clear which quote to use.
6. You cannot post quotes from exclusive usergroups (countries, ROOT, etc.).
7. The quotes must be in English.

Disobeying the upper rules will result in disqualification of your quote.
Breaking the normal Offtopic rules such as flaming and spam will result in warning.
Keep all the discussion in a special "Discussion" thread and don't spam the "Entries" and "Voting" thread.

Enjoy the contest and let the best quote win and bring its poster the satisfaction!
