if someone revives a topic and he gets warned for it can u still post in that topic again?

Meh, the revived topic normally gets locked anyway, so enjoy while you can.

Or why would someone ever revive a topic, if the initial question has been answered and already solved?

Or n case of a manga being translated again and the discussion is revived, you shouldnt be warned for reviving a topic..but I think it will happen anyway
same for anything....if something new comes up and the discussion has a fair reason to be revived,it shouldn't be punished

Reviving a chapter thread in the manga section like "Bleach 410" will result in a warn
Reviving a manga/anime topic like... Good Ending to post/discuss a new chapter is fine

Its also fine to post in stickies and progress threads, but generally posting in a month+ old thread will result in a warn

Stickies are okay to post in, so you will never me warned (at least by me). I will also not warn people if they gravedig with a relevant reason (opening up a new issue that hasn't been covered in the same thread).

And what about those topics in game section?

For example the things with updates,patches,new stuff discussion etc?

I don't mind.
Maybe Storm will mind, but that's not my problem anymore.
