I went on signatures part of forum , and i saw hell lot of "viagra" topics, xD where the hell is this forum going to? XD

The forum were attacked by spam bots at that point, they have nothing to do with signatures

It would be better to say that we're making signatures with some like "viagra" stuff. And, of course, not all of us.
