Where is the Emblem?

I noticed that several users can watch their avatars the emblems of his country and clan, I do not see the emblem of my country in my avatar or my profile, how I can fix this???

It is not as important as before, although it is rare that many do not have (remember that there was a section for that).

If you want to join any country you go to the Great Shinobi Countrys ... according to what I have understood by now the country is only open fire if you want to join this type in the country part of the fire that you want to enter the country... as we have more than 30 posts I think you'll agree.

Country basically exist to hang around the forum and have a group of people that you belong to. Also some of the countries are divided into artists, good game players etc...
