Just get her drunk, get her to a club with loud commercial music, dance with her (doesn't really matter how) and then just go with the flow.

Aaanywayz, about the whole age restrction thingy...I started drinking at 15/16, almost everyone I know started drinking about the same time, so yeah. It's really not a big deal.
