Email problems

Someone in this forum has stolen my regular email address.
I can't use the email I usually use in this account, because of: "Sorry, but that e-mail address is already registered to a user."
I can proof that that email is mine, since the email contains my full name.
If you (mod/admin) are interested about this case, please pm me.
