1. Go to the gym tomorrow, tell the coach/trainer there that you want the hottest body ever.
2. Start reading Brian Tracy's "Maxim Achievement" right now.
3. By the end of the week (starting Monday, if it's Sunday), you must have sex with a woman (prostitutes also count).
4. Begin a cycle of morning/evening jogging sessions. Start with 10 minutes, climb up to 30.
5. Tomorrow, you'll be going downtown and meeting girls, until you get at least 4 numbers.
6. Choose any skill from Skillopedia, from crochet to parkour, and start exercising it for a month.
7. For 2 weeks: nofap + "bicycle" ab workout until your muscles start "burning" after waking up in the morning + all this time you'll be reading classic literature (preferably starting from Gogol or Hemingway).
8. Join a finance-pyramid like russian MMM (google it), anything that you'll find profitable.
9. There's a whole lot of fucking awesome clubs for you to join in your town - from "fight clubs" to theatrical circles. Sign up for one and go there regularly. (If you're from a village that has no such clubs, reroll)
10. Take Fenotropil from an apothecary near you and start taking 30 tablets for 15 days. Do you regular every-day stuff, see the difference come yourself.
Double. Leave any and every board/forum that you are on - forever.

Roll the dice.

P.S. I don't know if this'll work out, since the forum mostly consisted out of kids/early teens (some that are so into all this stuff and almost addicted to it - internet, forums, social networks), but I'll give it a shot.
