Hes in a pretty strange stance
You need to define his collar better
Move his shoulder over a pixel or two to the left
Proportions need tweaking
Theres other things I'm missing but they were the most obvious points that need fixing

Just like Triv said your sprite seems to be little disfigured though I would say its not as bad as it seems(I used to do spriting once,I know how hard and time consuming it is).
By the way if possible try to give a neck to your sprite :p , it seems like he has no neck whatsoever and his left shoulder should be placed a little bit lower I guess,and yeah give his left hand a better(rather strict) shape,it seems to be pretty gay at the moment. But anyways good effort I must say

Looks pretty good
- fix the neck
- fix his collar (very important to EMS sasuke)
- Fix his stance ( maybe have him holding his sword (easy enough)
- Give a little more detail in his right arm

nice i'd say.. just make his outline sharp and it'll look 10x better
