Um...I was just wondering that now that there is no Moyobokuzan Or Sound Country...which country now specializes(or is interested) in GFX stuff because I wasn't able to find one...Any help please ?

Earth country focuses on art as a whole. Water country has many talented GFX artists, enough to make it a specialty as well.
