Doctor Snow have different diagnosis.
He is quite normal priviledged indian, who doesn't know the flaws of his country because he lived such different life than 99% of other population. And now when he comes to international forum, he continues usings same internal models which he uses when he must face other people in his country.
And because of his high isolation of his fellow country members, he doesnt know how to act with people with different backgrounds (like people much wealthier) and so he continues using his "I'm alpha, because I'm rich, you are poor"-schema. So thats why we think he is a douche.
Also his seemingly weird (implying that there is universal right or wrong) fanboiness about pro-wrestling, (strong handsome adult males, fightning planned fights --> normal male life with strong libido) I can take a guess that he really didn't have a strong father figure in his childhood, maybe because daddy was busy at making little ankit rich/or fucking cheap indian hookers.
