OFFICIAL Root Recruitment Thread?

Root should do a OFFICIAL Recruitment Thread where the ones who want join root ask the team to this and well, Maybe they Should post some of their own work to Show His skills...

It is just to have clear who wants to join the team.

If someone else post Without the intention of Ask to be in the NTSD Team, will have a ban or something like that.

Rely on new members can just be a problem for several reasons.

Dividing work for many different people might create many unbalances aswell.

Not really.. Some can work on revamping while others work on the newer characters which will make the speed of team to go effective.

Then again, not everyone works effective or even worse, they don't plan to work at all.
Just take a look on those root members that suddenly dissapeared.

I'm not saying the topic is a bad idea, just explaining a bit about what Smouk said.

Well, they should just make a thread where anyone can post sprites/sheets or anything that they made themselves and if helpful to the team, they get points on something like that. (When implemented)

No to creating a recruitment thread from ROOT. If people really want to join the team they can PM one of the current members or Kentaru himself some of their work. If Kentaru and the other members think said person's work is good, then Kentaru alone can add them. ROOT isn't a country after all and the requirements to join are harder. They can't have any old random person trying to join just to make a name for themselves.
