Finish the original NTSD

As we all know, NTSD II started before the original NTSD was even finished. Even right now, there is no full stage mode, no survival mode and even the "War" doesn't work on the newest version.
Do these things really take too long to make? I don't know myself, since I've never had to make any of those, but since most mods seem to have all those working(even the sloppiest ones), then my guess would be that it can't be that hard to create.

The official NTSD 2.4 released before the lf2 2.0 engine was created, so naturally there's no such thing called survival mode here, but the stage mode works fine (not to mention the secret char tool thingy that seem to be only included in that version).

So yeh, NTSD 2.4 truly was complete for the old lf2 engine, which is why they started a new game.


But as you mentioned survival, I guess you're talking about the versions that got a background music to it (using the new engine) and it obviously feels far from completed because it's was not created for the new engine, rather just moved all the stuff from the old one to the new one.
These versions are not created by the team (well... that was before Smouk joined ROOT...), just to point it out.

NTSD LE has no war nor a stage mode, also upon releasing 2.4, they said that the stage mode will be finished in 2.5, but that never came.

2.5 was just some rumors or a lie that the ROOT leader really never had announced himself (as far as I know atleast).

NTSD LE was created for (online) vs mode usage only, thus leaving everything else for the trashcan.

Maybe NTSD Team make a NTSD 2.4 on LF2 2.0a Engine, becouse NTSD is still better than NTSD II

or you stop reviving old topics and wait till the game is complete coz it maybe better than 2.4?

NTSD 2.4 team =/= NTSDII team.

It's simply not their problem unless they decide it is, like everything else.
