Holding command

hello every-one. Actually , i'm doing some lf2 coding , and after trying ntsdII, i wanted to know if some one knows how to code the holding button command (like for naruto's rasengand) . Thanks for your help

It is not possible in a normal lf2 game.
NTSD II 's exe file has been edited and new features like that have been added to it.
There is another lf2's modification engine thing called "Neora"
Check it out, pretty sure it will be having those stuff in it.
