Well thats not really a great idea, it would be a lot of effort to rebuild it for basicly noone, cuz the old guys dont come here anymore, the forum is not popular anymore and so on

Hmm, we can create new ntsd forum??? On new . I can create domain and forum desing any guy can do a Topics and already logged in

I check up on here every once in a while, but rebuilding is next to impossible. It'd be easier to join a more popular spriters forum  and rebuild from there on. When NTSD was first started it was back on Burke works when zxc was still in his infancy lol.

But thats how it worked then, it'd probably be easier to do it that way again if this was to start to rebuild.

Once the majority of the older members left, the forum fell apart on its own. Rebuilding it would also require the game to be completed or at least have more members involved in it, which isn't happening anytime soon. As nice as it sounds on paper, I think it would be pretty difficult to do.

Lightning Country which currently resides at the Skype, consists of 8 members, we do have some updated versions of the game, and we plan to further update it.

Though that is not enough for the revival of the whole forum.

Images that should stretch posts? Check for the CSS-property max-width: 100%. If it is there, the images will be resized to fit the post if they are larger. Potentially, the post-container has an overflow: hidden-property that needs to be removed as well. In that case, the post has probably a fixed width as well. You might want to learn html/css for customizing your stuff.

Either search for a phpBB-plugin (easy) or code it yourself (hard). Latter would imply to learn PHP and SQL in addition to HTML/CSS.

Flash or HTML5-video players will serve you in that. Might want to google them and use something existing. There is no point in programming one from scratch.

The only way you'd start any life into anything NTSD related is that if there were any public progress for the game. And I don't mean that also by just announcing that NTSD is being remade and whatnot. There would have to be legitimate progress and versions before such announcement. People would be able to experience the game instead of just looking at some gif animations.

Also, rebuilding a new NTSD forum is pointless. This forum already exists; it can be used as a foundation. But that was well, it needs advanced progress before announcing a forum rebirth. It needs to be alive before it could be shown. No one likes empty forums.

I do think that us old members appear time to time is nice and all, but if we'd want to take things seriously in any way, shape or form; we would have to join another forum and establish our roots there. Not only the project can receive many spriters, which I think was the main reason for the NTSD project's downfall - but spark some attention towards it. People outside may have more interest in it than us folks whom are in the box.

To do this. Is to find a new team that will develop a game, make a new content, make it new age, following modern trends, delete unnecessary content, make it cleaner, and like it was before. Go for it. I've been here since 8th grade, its been 12+ years for me, and i still sometimes think of it

The idea i have is to place someone new in order, we can create a gofund me, we need around 100$ even way more less, to hire someone to clean it up and re design it a bit. I am sure everybody can donate 5$

I do not think money is an issue here. Yes, people would be more involve and motivated with money in it. But NTSD is not a profit project. It's about our passion towards the game, years of fun we had with it and our love for anime/manga. Besides, if money were to be involved with this game; we'd probably get sued by countless companies. Knowing our luck at least. You can get into trouble for any reason. Best to have a solid plan that is thoroughly ironed out, and execute it, smartly.

I've been an absentee for a while. Some undescribable urge has made me log in here just to check.
I am quite glad to see a few old members still active. Yet that's not enough to start up some 'restoration' of the forum.
I believe, some new guys ('new' from my perspective) are eager to keep it alive for some time. But - alas, - that would be a waste of time, from my point of view.
The best possible option is to leave the present forum be as it is, so some oldies like me and the others could come back here at times just to feel awe-struck and nostalgic.

i go buy a domain i need a developers to create more topics and sprites for new ntsd. I have a thing for create new ntsd. In new ntsd we can add a sprite and sound for sasuke or more techniques "Katoon, Kage bunshin no jutsu, Jiyuriuken". What you think about this?

But ntsd is in a drought season with a lack of ntsd team members making a game what we want are pro spriters and lf2 creators who have great skill to coop up with the activity!!
