Jutsu Counter Empty Jutsu Counter

Here's a fun game I saw another Naruto site. So, the way this works is that I name a jutsu, and someone else names a counter for it. Then someone names a counter for that one, and the list goes on. The point of this game is see how no technique is completely unstoppable, and its cool to see creative ways to get around them. Just remember that creativity is good, as is using the correct name for techniques. And remember that you are responding to the very last post in this thread.

So, here's an example, and then we'll get started.
Person 1: Fire Jutsu # 3.
Person 2: Earth Jutsu # 14 is a counter because it makes the fireballs bounce back to the user.
Person 3: Taijutsu # 52 is a counter because it teleports past the defense of earth jutsu 14.

Ok? Ok. So, here's the first jutsu.... Water Dragon.

By that time, the area I was in would be covered in steam, only reason my eyes aren't burning is cause I'm wearing goggles 8D
