I can do you any signature you wish as long as you give me renders (Characters Pictures)
It's easier to make them when you bring them from planetrenders.net..

oh I forgot to tell that the only chance to design is today...cuz i only use my laptob on thursdays (School =S) so please join asap to gurantee having the signature this week

sure dude..you may ask and it's my duty to answer..The best one to use is Photoshop 10 CS3 Extended Version or CS2
It's acceptable to use Gimp...after that if you need any tutorials,all you have to do is just to tell,I'll be honored to guide you step by step (Photoshop Only)

I never thought paint could do that...I can't guide you through Gimp cuz i never used it and it sux
Try google for the link and i'd search by myself also & try to post the link with the signature you asked for (btw about to finish it )
