how can I see the details of my computer's video card??

Left click on desktop>Properties>Settings>Advanded>And there should be a card with your video card name on it.

Ragnarok.. Hm.. I dunno, maybe on medium or low quality.

Yes, it does matter. That thing is one of the most important things there. I recomend trying out Dofus, it doesin`t require good comp, but it`s a kick a*s game. Although it`s turn based it has plenty action.
You could also try these:
Flyff - Fly for Fun - Title says it all.
ProjectPowder - Realy cool snowboardig MMORPG, dunno if your comp will suport it.
