About new members that have 3 warning

when the forum was filled with bugs and errors, the registration let you to choose how many warning you want, so a lot of the new members have 3 warning which they don't deserves, I want to fix this problem, so if you are a new member with 3 warning that you DID NOT deserve, pleas PM me
I will go throw your posts and IP to see if you really did not earned that warning

I can change just the country\clan symbols, not ranks.

I placed it on the section that gets the most views.

You can totally change ranks. Just go to groups and ranks I think, then search the person name and remove that persons rank at the bottom of his/her page.

Anyways , only admins can change ranks , not mods .

Yeah, to change ranks an admin has to go to the admin panel, then to a users specific profile and change the rank.

note: the registration bug has been fixed already, everyone who registers here is not able to change his warninglevel and starts with 0 again...
so there are only less ppls who still have 3 warns

I know, but still, I want to do some organization in the forum so there won't be any confusion.

well, check all of his posts, if he does not have 1 post that he broke the rules or says- Warned for X , then you have the right to change his warns
