Sasuke Uchiha
Profile: This avenger is skilled with fire and lightning style techniques. He is a dangerous close combat warrior who can do massive damage when near. Getting away from him isn't so easy esspecially since his speed matches no other.
Chidori One Thousand Birds
An A-Rank jutsu for offense battle; short range.
This jutsu was released in the anime in episode 67 & in the manga at chapter 113.
This jutsu channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. The jutsu does require some time to charge and control it to a certain point. This jutsu produces a heavy amount of damage to one target. This is usually a fatal attack but it is a game. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.
This jutsu deserves a 8/10.
Chidori Current
This jutsu has no rank; it is a short range move.
Hand Seals: None. It is both a defensive and also offensive jutsu.
A variation on a regular Chidori developed by Sasuke Uchiha during his two-and-a-half year training with Orochimaru, this jutsu allows the user to generate non-focused electrically charged chakra from his body, instead of concentrating it in his hand. Because the electricity isn't focused, it doesn't kill on contact, instead only paralyzing its victims. By sending the current into the ground Sasuke can stun opponents from a distance. Sasuke can also channel the electricity through metallic weapons like his Kusanagi sword, increasing their cutting power, as well as making body parts cut by them numb.

.....I am wit you wtf...if you want to make descriptions about ntsd charaters do it....dont post something unfished,but I think its not needed because 99.99% of people have hear of all the characters

I was mearly using it as a base. I am a man of my own work I'm using the pc in my school so I just work on minor things. I will edit it later. Nobody reads my last words. I posted it here to work on it so it will be ready when I post it in the Progress section.

Plus,this is not about the characters.Its about the characters IN GAME so you HAVE TO write in your own words.You cant just take a writing as your 'base'.
