zomg man i started taekwon do == my ass cheeks andgroin kill so much
i was doing a scretchsitting on the ground putting my feet together then he stepped on both my knees and F**** i had an 1hr break == :evil:
and now im all sore D:

i did tekwendo before
taekwendo is more using ur feet & leg than anything else
(u can ru n on a wall if u learn taekwendo 0.o}

i watched Judo (using less force but at the right timing , it can be a destructive move , but the purpose is only to make the foe falls to the ground) , Batman moves xD , Lee's moves (sort of...) , and in some action films which has Jackie Chan (did i spell him right?)
anyway, i wish i could learn this too

i think judo is to use their own brutal force againts them for throw 0.0
its quite a usful thing cause if ur tiny and the guy is huge u can take him down easily

my school has just organized a Judo club

OH the worst is when u gotta lay down , make ur abs hard and the teach steps on it and if ur pro hippi hop on it OR when ur REAL pro, he punches it (50% power)
