As far as i know it has something to do with the meaning of the word "akatsuki" (akatsuki = red moon)

Don't know if akatsuki has also that meaning, but i know that aka=red and tsuki=moon

Akatsuki means 'Red Dawn', and apparently, zxcv wanted it to be called Red Dawn Rising, but that doesn't make sense, so instead he changed it to 'the Setting Dawn'.
