kingdom hearts ps2

huh from the creators of final fantasy "square enix" also my favorite games creators
comes kingdom hearts

in the first game you play as a boy called sora he recieves the keyblade and now on his search for riku and kairi his friends on his island
one day hearltess apear and sora fights them(thats when he recieves the keyblade) hearltless are black creaturs who are created from the darkness in ones heart riku becomes the chosen one of the darkness and get controlled by ansem a heartless but thats a spoil for the second game
anyway once sora wakes up after he was sent to another world from the islands
he apears in a town and he meets leon yoffie cid and aerith all from final fantasy also he meets donal duck and goofy who are searching for king micky mouse as they pass through worlds they meet friends and battle heartless they one day find the king riku and kairi only to shut the door of darkness behind riku and micky and let kairi go off to the islands
ill rate this game 4/10 it was poor the gameplay was harsh and too puzzeling + going through worlds was too hard

after that in the second game something wierd heppens you start playing as roxas a boy from twilight town
eventually he finds himeself as the keyblades chosen one or soras other half you than regain control over sora and you go on a quest you meet micky again and understand that heartless are still all over meaning even after the door was shut this isnt over but now more trouble organzation 13 by its name you can guess there 13 members who control the nobodies who are shells of pepole who's heart was taken by the heartless
the second was great ill give it a 10/10 great game thats all

the last for now kingdom hearts re:chain of memories
if any of you played the gba version kingdom hearts chain of memories
than ya know what im talking about the game is inside castle oblivion before kingdom hearts 2
namine a witch heartless takes sora's memories and goofy's and donald's
making them into cards of worlds
eventually you fight organzion 13 in the castle not knowing that was them ummm the game is based on cards
whitch made the gameplay poor and harsh
ill give it a 3/10 cuz of gameplay

basically what im saying is skip the first and re:chain of memories and play the second much more interesting

edit:in the second game you get to fuse with goofy or donald and use 2 keyblades
also you can summon creaturs this is called limit you start off with chicken little and later get some others

lately theres a game called kingdom hearts 358/2
this game talks about roxas and axel whitch are both playable
the game came out in japanese so far so i couldent play it
but i think its gonna be nice game especcialy in the wifi or whatever where you play with a friend

Kingdom Hearts is like a really, really great idea that the developers decided not to use to its fullest potential. I mean, the series isn't bad by any means, but it could be SOOO much better.

yeah mostly the world connecting was the only problem in 1 and 2 but in the Re chain of memories the card system makes the gba one look much better

The biggest problem is the battle system in every game. Magic is basically useless, and every attack is done with the X button, so the game becomes you mashing the X button as fast as you can. Hence the phrase "Press X, you will surely win", made as a joke about the flaws with the battle system. The all of the attacks were done by short and fairly simple combos, then it would be far more intuitive, because in higher difficulties, you would have to string combos together, and picking a good set to use could make a big difference in the damage you do.

Also, the way the story progresses is bad, because instead of the worlds actually having something to do with one another, they are seperate entities. You just travel to random worlds helping people, with the true plot to the game coming up along the way.

yeah but they found a way to connect the plot by the keyblades you reacieve and the way you open more worlds its true the battle system is boring and that magic is useless but i still came to like the second over the others

I like the first one more since there's better boss design and less Final Fantasy whoring. Also, that's not connecting the worlds via plot.

actually it is in most of the worlds you recieve items whitch open new worlds
whats better in the second is that there is a bigger choice for enemies
also what i did like about re:chain of memories is that when you finish the game you play with riku

well yeah its true in "re" chain of memories they just remade the game to the ps2 version whitch isnt too good i rather play the gba version more

i give KH II a 8/10

well thats a nice rating but i still say its the best game from the series with the limits and the fusion system

well the kh seiries was my 3rd favorite series on the ps2(2nd being final fantasy and 1st being god of war) it was a very nice game. you can have 2 followers at you all the time. you can swap one of your 2 original backup with another based on your level. The Flying to other worlds part was really fun in kh2. it had an okay story to it but it is too much like other stories, you are some heroish guy, kinda goofy, then you get some reason to fight something and you get betrayed by one of you friends and another one of your friends becomes your love. The more epic fights were in the coloseum level. The final boss in kh1 is okay. however the final boss in kh2 was awsome as you can breifly play as riku. it was a disk that occupied my ps2 for sometime.

second as secret boss after you complete game.

well you always need the ability second chance because he has a one hit ko move
