i was going through youtube and i saw vids of 1st hokage, 2nd hokage, 3rd hokage, 4th hokage
anyway 4th hokage is yodame so nvm lol

well i think this guy adding those char in NTSD well i think there is some way to add chars in ntsd but i dunno how

yea kr it's posible. I have done that a few times when I downloaded chars from here. So the guys just added it . lol nvm youtube it's full of crap
