can som1 plz help me when i try to play it says couldent create art surface and i redownloaded it a few times from diffrent sites

well my computer sux i always ask my father to reinstall system but hes at job always and dousn't have time and im only 13 years old and i dont know how

Reinstalling isn't that hard.
I am also 13, age doesn't really matter.
And have you extracted with WinRar?

the problem is that when my computer is on reinstalling i wont watch and i dont wanna ruin my comp so i just wait till my dad will do it and on this computer som of my dads stuff on it some programs and pics and w/e
and its not only ntsd that not working its regular pc games online games and w/e u want at least the regular lf works

lol, reinstalling doesn't ruin your comp,
it will only stay like it is ruined until you found right drivers back.
The best way is to sent it to a repair shop, if you don't want to do it your self.
But according to what you have said, then you will most likely need to change hardware included in your comp, or just buy a new one.

well it wont ruin but i wake up one day im gonna play (online game) then it says that i need directx 9 or 10 i don remember but i had it 
and then i was downloading other online games and it just showed me error's im sure that all i need is reinstallation and thats it
ima just let my dad do it ill just say ill do more HW or something

Try getting the lastest drivers for your video card and download DirectX 9c
DirectX 9c here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloadS/details.aspx?displaylang=en&FamilyID=9226a611-62fe-4f61-aba1-914185249413
If u have NVIDIA card try downloading Aegia PhysX ( I don't think it would help for NTSD but oh well).

i already have direct x 9c and it says "couldent create art surface"at flash and i doubt if microsoft c++ will help
