Is the Jiraiya sensei will not adding ?

In NTSD II will mostly be chars who survived untill Pain assaulted Konoha in manga... so Jiraiya won't be in... though Naruto will get his techniques...

The kages are a possibility, but they'd probably be secret characters. Well, 4 of them would be anyway. Gaara's been confirmed.

Naruto has sage powers now, he will adapt most of Jiraiyas abilitys, it would basically have 2 of the same characters if Jiraiya was kept. Out of 2, the main character would obviously be picked.

Not sure about the Kages
But Jiraiya wont be in NTSDII, far too similar to naruto now

jiraiya wont be on ntsd II and if the character is dead doesnt really matter they are still putting some dead characters (no i dont mean zombie like lol)

It would have been cool just for the sake of Having him along with his Sage powers but I guess you guys are right, He is too much like naruto and on top of it...he's dead.

The Electro-Kage and Ms MizuKage have been hinted at,
but nothing more. So that's a definitely a possible "maybe".
Danzou and the Older Kage dude have not seen the light of day yet,
so I wouldn't keep your hopes up.
