what program you use to create the NTSD?
I wanted to learn to make games (I know playing games) and wanted to know what program you use because I think the NTSD is a Great game!

NTSD and NTSD II are mods of a game called Little Fighter 2.

I imagine that the team used a few different programs to create the
sprites, such as MS Paint/Photofiltre/GIMP/Photoshop/etc.

To create the data, they would have used one of the available data
changing programs for LF2.

It will largely come down to you to look up these programs, LF2, and
how to put it all together, good luck
