THis means I have mbigger chance to get it,and btw : if its English ,that means while ur in-fight the speach will be nooby english?Or u can swap it to japan?

Yes,I think it was able in older versions on ps2 and on Naruto Ultimate Ninja Heroes 2 on psp it was possible too.
