lol i am gonna buy tomorrow and 1 last thing is 5.03 GEN-C can open legends:akatsuki rising and accel 3??

No , it can't .
But there are PATCHED versions of AKatsuki Rising n' Accel 3 on Piratebay , that'll work on 5.03 . Trust me , I've got 'em

I'm not sure GEN is compatible with motherboards like TA-090v2 or TA-088v3...

The best psp is psp-1000 or phat. It's the most stable form of PSP. I've had mine for years.

It WORKS on 5.03 GEN C.
I have it, and I am playing Accel 3 normally with my friends (who have 6.10 with the UMD, lol)

so ....... really my had gonna explode.. lol now if i download 5.03 GEN-C or if the guy that i am gonna get psp download that and if i download accel 3 to psp can i play or not ...
