Fantasy Character Battles

Ok, you propose any battle you'd like to see from any form of entertainment (anime, video games, etc.), throw in any special conditions. The next poster gives their opinion on who would win and why, then proposes the next match. I will start us off with one at the bottom of this post.
Note 1: If you REALLY want to comment on an old matchup, feel fee, but make sure you also do the current one.
Note 2: For the sake of making matchups reasonably entertaining, please refrain from suggesting characters that are horribly overpowered compared to their opponents, especially DBZ/GT characters. Dragonball is fine, though.

Black Star cuz he's way more versatile with his attacks and he can change his style to fight Kiba

but i think when shikamaru gets him with shadow and makes him eat all 3 pills at once and then try to avoid/run/dodge all attacks, he will win in few minutes!

Not really. Byakuya can move faster than you can follow with your eyes. Regardless of how lolawesome Sephy is, he's still slower.

Why would u think that?
