What is the best country to join

Well I decided that I wanted to join a country, but I don't know a lot about them and I was going to join some, but there wasn't anything in the General area. So I was wondering which is the best country to join if I am interested in improving my signature making skills? Cause I tried one this morning which was pretty pathetic, and now if think I should join a country to become better at one.
So any ideas?

If you wanna get better at gfx (Sigs ect..) then join the sound country

Earth Country is an art based community I believe, you could
try there.
Patience will be needed until the missing sections are up and
running again though.
If stuff takes to long, 'pm'ing Yush (the current Tsuchikage,
leader of the Earth Village) to inquire as to the requirements
of joining may be a good idea.

Wind. Previously - smartness is needed. Nowadays - ask Axer.
Water. Computer games. Nowadays - "enjoying forum by some weird things sometimes", but actually nothing special. They will apply you if they want.
Earth. Drawing, drawing, drawing.... and anime obessing, I guess.
Lightining.Playing NTSD, as well.
Myobokuzan. Actually - helping newbies. Nowadays - unknown.
Rain. Even don't think about it. There is no way to this place.
Sound. RIP x.x
Wind. Previously - smartness is needed. Nowadays - ask Axer.

You said to you we're interestedin sig making, so even though I am against promoting such things you should join water since most old sound members went to that country. But if you want to keep your self respect you might want to reconsider.

Nah, just join wind. It almost dies and just springs back up... An intelligent zombie? JK, If you want to win some favors just join wind and sign up for the GFX clan. They need 1 more member to officially become a clan, and I am sure that they would be indebted to you if you joined. ^_^

But besides. Wind have a very wide speciality (proof are three clans - each have speciality like a standard country). So Wind is a good place, if you don't have certain speciality (or country with speciality like the one you've chosen doesn't exist) - with us you can do pretty much everything you want.
