but no, they won't invade us, humanity evolved pretty fast, it's unlikely that other species on different planets could find a technology to leave their sunsystem faster than us, and even if they're faster, they'd probably take another million of years to reach us, and until then we got that technology aswell... kinda like that

But I don't think anyone knows we exist. The evolution could have undergone completely different on various plantes, some might still have monocellular beings, some may have species far more developed than we are.

Lots of things are unkown!You learn that for there to be life there must be water and oxygen (dunno if thats how its spelled),but that counts for our planet only!What if other species live on...hydrogen or something else,that is really possible too!

all of the seen ufo's were faked, because it'd be totally impossible for them to leave a sunsystem or even fly atall, those constructions are totally contraproductive and won't work for sure
