The easiest solution is to just keep an up and up on his IP, and would be easy if you can see who logged in last on the accounts that are used to hack the forum.

Meh, I can use a diff IP every day from my lap
One day its UK, another its Brazil... That wont help, hes probably smart enough to use a diff IP (as in he uses software)

obviously, there are lots of security holes in the making of the forum, its not a matter of catching a hacker, but to make bullet proof forum code :-s
