I dont see why Orochimaru and Jiraiya have to be Kick Off from NTSD

Orochimaru:
Dead. Kabuto gets his moves.

Jiraiya:
Dead. Naruto gets his moves.

shouldn't they be their with tsunade they are more powerful than ever than those whimps more better than ever put it there in NTSD II their Legendary

As of chapter 490+ (at least) we know that e.g. Orochimaru is dead/sealed, Jiraiya is dead. Tsunade however is not dead. Your question is as sensible as asking why they havent added a part I naruto in NTSD II

oh yeah, jiraya is soooo much stronger than naruto, I mean, look at this, jiraya just died in a fight against 5 paths of pain, while naruto easily took out all 5 of them, then had an epic battle with the 6th one, and in the end brainwashed nagato without even using any genjutsu
that obviously means jiraya is stronger, totally
