Chakra = It's something you gain on every post;
Warn = When you break a rule,you get one,if you get three,you're banned for a determined time.

The duration depends on how serious your "crime" was.

It depends on the mod/admin who banned you... it may be a week, it may be a month... it may be a year... it may even last 10 years

if you break the rules and fall on a moderator that had a bad day+very strict, you may get banned for a week or 2.
if you only do a "minor" rule breaking and you had 3 warns, you may be banned for a 3-7 days.
it's all depend on the moderator and how serious your crime was

On the right side of the post there usually is a "+" and a "-". In order to rep up or down you have to click the appropriate button. I expect you to know which is which...
